Initially, the pieces were reserved for the top of the Constellation range but as the Emerald line was extended, they were increasingly seen in the De Ville line.. Its emerald cut crystal protects its distinctive dial. The bracelet has an interesting functional design that allows it to be freely sized and worn at any desired length without fixed increments.
It is fully Omega down to the original hands and winding crown. It has just finished a true expertly done restoration and presents in stunning condition.
The case presents as mint. Originally, the case top on this watch would have been gold plated, although Omega also made these watches in all steel.
The royal blue dial has been meticulously restored - the printing could pass as Omega factory done to the naked eye.
As part of the restoration the fine original ultra thin Omega movement has just been serviced by a Master Watchmaker. It is running very accurately.

Andrew Grima:
Mr. Grima was honoured with an impressive array of prizes including twelve Diamonds-International Awards. He was the first jeweller to win the Queen's Award for Export in 1966 and is the only jeweller to have won the Duke of Edinburgh Prize for Elegant Design. In 1970, at about the same time he was designing for Omega he was appointed jeweller to Her Majesty the Queen. He was commissioned by Omega to create a highly aesthetic avant-garde collection. Grima was given a free hand and chose to stick to one principle: he would create the watch around the dial, no matter what its form or dimension.
